Where will my order ship from?
We currently have some of our inventory in the USA, and some of our inventory is located in China. Your order will either ship from the USA or China depending on the products you order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes and your package maybe delayed. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box and want to be certain of estimated delivery time please send us an email to email@example.com
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We offer 100% guarantee. Once you receive your order, if you do not love it, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about our return policy, click here.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
