We know it's hard to decide on purchasing a product online, so De Novo is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your product after you have received it, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
We do not accept any returns after 30 days from delivery date.
- To be eligible for a refund, please send us an email at Hello@bedenovo.com with your order number.
- If item is defective or was damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of choice.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Canceling an Order
To cancel your order, please contact De Novo as soon as possible.If you order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items(s) back from you and processed theta our warehouse.
If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email with your exchange request at Hello@bedenovo.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
If item is defective or was damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of choice. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Hello@bedenovo.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions regarding this policy, contact us at Hello@bedenovo.com.
Refunds for delayed delivery are not accepted.If your shipment is delivered passed the promised timeframe (see shipping policy), we would be more than happy to send you a replacement for your lost shipment. Please send us an email to Hello@bedenovo.com to be considered for a replacement.
